For all new expectant families, we are happy to offer a complimentary visit (in person or telehealth) with one of our doctors to allow you to learn about our practice and get acquainted with our office. Please call our office at (708) 636-0700 to schedule an appointment.
For parents delivering at Advocate Christ Medical Center:
Upon admission to the hospital, please notify hospital personnel the name of any of our doctors. The hospital will contact us so that we can examine your baby during your hospital stay. After discharge, your baby’s first office visit typically occurs within one to three days.
For parents delivering at other hospitals:
When your baby is born, they will be seen by the hospital’s on-staff pediatrician. Upon discharge from the hospital, please call our office at (708) 636-0700 to set up your baby’s first office visit. If possible, please try to bring your baby’s hospital discharge records to your first office visit. This may include the date of the first Hepatitis B immunization, hearing screening and/or any lab test results. Our office fax number is (708) 636-3849.
